Teenage Pop Stars hitting the Media

Here is Rebecca Black. Her music has begun to take over the Internet with the song "Friday" that hit the Internet about 3 weeks ago. It's been all over and basically ruined every Friday for me. The over use of autotune and awkard lyrics and dancing is just a slap in the face to anyone with talent that deserves to be famous. If that really is something someone would want for their lives.

Yes this is real and yes she did just name the days of the week and yes she did just say "We so Excited"

On the YouTube Videos some people have shown a lot of disfavor for this song
Here are some examples:
"good god, how do these people get famous? This is terrible music and she has NO talent..."

"Yeah. Im not saying its anything close too a good song, but she is 12. what du you expect? willow smith?"

"You know, everyone saying that her lyrics are stupid, you need to look deeper, there's RICH metaphors and symbolism here. For example, which seat can she REALLY take? Should she "kick it" in the front seat and take control of her life for the first time? Or should she "chill" in the backseat and let someone, or something, else drive her life for her, like she's done all the way up to this decisive moment? This moment can dictate the rest of her life, which seat will she take... Deep man, deep..."

Another Teen Pop craze is a girl named Jenna Rose. I feel like this video is totally inappropriate for a 12 year old girl to

I really loved this guy's response to Jenna Rose's video. He honestly says it best. Mainly because he says it with a British accent.

The people that are putting these girls out here like this are THEIR PARENTS! Seriously? Don't parents have higher goals for their children now? What happened to wanting your child to be a good person? Or wanting them to change the world or be a revolution for the world? I don't understand this craze for fame. It's Disney that's done this with people like Miley Cyrus and Justin Beiber influencing this generation.

*sigh*
Until Next time
